Facebook Friends on Google+

Friendly guy:

Guess who’s the most popular person on Google+, the hot new social network brought to you by our favorite search engine operators? Mark Zuckerberg, that’s who. And don’t tell me you don’t know who he is – the contraversial founder of arch-rival Facebook and the star of a vastly overrated Hollywood movie (yes, I’ve seen it, and it sucks!)

Anyway, either Mark or someone with a pretty keen sense of humour stuck up a profile page on Google’s newly-launched Facebook look-alike, and lo: Zuckerman already has more friends on Google than anyone else (44.871 when I last looked). Catch Jenny Wortham’s tounge-in-cheek take on this story over at the New York Times website.

I sincerely hope, that this isn’t the real Zuckerberg but a crude joke. But it’s sure funny how a lot of peope want to be friends with this fake.
